Starting this plan out right with my favorite breakfast. Actually, I really dislike breakfast unless it is a pastry of some sort, but this has made me quit the pastry addiction.
I call this mock Mounds shake. Because it tastes like a Mounds candy bar to me (a favorite of mine).
I also call this my mind’s fake out, because I put it in a Starbucks cup to make myself think I’m getting my Iced mocha or a Frappuccino. I love food. I’m a foodie. Once I’m finished with one meal, I am thinking of the next one.
Recipe (make it one of two ways):
1 packet or scoop of chocolate or vegan chocolate Shakeology®
1 cup Almond Milk
2 TBSP Bob’s Red Mill Unsweetened Organic Shredded Coconut
Ice
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend.

1 scoop THM Pristine Whey Protein
1/2 TBSP of Hershey’s Special Dark Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 TBSP Truvia (or to taste)
2 TBSP Bob’s Red Mill Unsweetened Organic Shredded Coconut
Ice
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend.
